Mrs. Marshall’s class has been learning about Creek and Cherokee Indians. The students made summer and winter Creek and Cherokee homes.





We had a visit today by author Patrice McLaurin. She was inspirational & encouraged our students to dream big. 📝📚




Today we celebrated our Core Essentials kids that represented JOY! 🤗




Mrs. Conner had a student reach 100 AR points today & so he got to “pie her in the face”. 💜💛




Mrs Garrett’s class used our new brain balls for multiplication facts practice!

Students in Mrs. Windham’s fourth grade science classes are exploring simple machines with Legos this week.


LCSS will host a free parent training next Wednesday, January 22, about "Ending the Silence" ~ "Do you have questions about children's mental health?"
presented by NAMI ~ National Alliance on Mental Health.


Students in Ms. Hill’s 5th grade social studies classes got to wear WW2 outfits from the NE Georgia history center travel trunk.
