These amazing Teaching As A Profession Practicum students are three weeks away from completing the TAP pathway and portfolio. They will have spent 70+ hours being mentored by a LC teacher and working as an intern. The portfolio will allow them to place out of their first Education class in college. You can speak with Erin Endicott or Paula Cooper to learn more about the Teaching As A Profession pathway and how it prepares students on the road to Teaching.

Several students from foreign language participated at UNG Modern Language Day 2022, this past week. Nine counties were involved in the competition. Dawson County, Forsyth County, Gainesville City, Jackson County, Morgan County, Hall County, Gwinnett County, and White County.
Mr. Rambin, Mrs. Zdroba, and Mrs. DeMiranda are extremely proud of how well our students represented LCHS by competing in both French and Spanish events.

Going to Trade School/Tech College? Don't forget the very short Hoss Moore Scholarship form is due by MAY 1 to the LCHS Counseling Office. Stop in to pick one up to apply- this is a $500 award! If you need a copy of the form, stop by the Counseling Office.
Female seniors with a military family member: Don't forget to apply by April 28th (TODAY) to American Legion Auxillary scholarship! Applications can be picked up in the LCHS Counseling Office and turned in to Counseling as well.

Attention Seniors. Are you interested in starting a career the week after you graduate that includes getting credentialed within the first 3 months of employment?
