Today LCHS students traveled to North Georgia Technical College to compete at the Skills USA region 2 competition. Gold and Silver medalist will compete at the state level in March. Lumpkin County once again was the leading medal winner for Region 2. Thanks for your continued support!! Congratulations to our LCHS FBLA students and their advisor Mrs. Amy Lincoln! Last night LCHS FBLA earned FIRST place at Regions for the 5th time in 7 years. They walked into this competition with 35 competitors who dominated their events earning more medals than ever before. The group earned 32 overall medals with 6 of those being 1st place and 9 being 2nd. Kudos to the18 students placing high enough to qualify for the State Competition this spring! Well done FBLA! Well done Mrs. Lincoln!
